My second time staying in Raffles Jakarta and I always love the Artist Suite King Bed. It's spacious and luxurious, the bathroom is incredible too! It's located in a strategic area in Jakarta so it's very convenient for work trip, you can also have your meeting here in Writer's Bar (super recommended). A nice ambiance, not too bright and not too dark, and they have selections of drink to choose from. What I love the most about this hotel is that this hotel has a 24-hour butler service. This service is making business trip even more convenient! If you need to get or print something, they will take care all of it for you. Overall, I really love my stay here..

Nicely located in the same building with the Lotte Mall which made everything to much more convenient, considering that traffic jams in Jakarta are no joke. The staff gave me a very warm welcome and ensure everything was comfortable for me. The room service was great. Facilities were top-notched. Bed was comfy and I had really good sleeps. It was a pity that I didn’t get to try the gym.

The attentive service was not only given to the hotel-staying guests, but also to a visitor who happened to attend a wedding reception. Kudos to Ben, last night's concierge on duty at around 10 pm for the initiative on giving an out-of-the-box solution when the team could not provide the type c charger. Really appreciate the effort!

Superb services, very clean room and its facilities, awesome hearty breakfast! Also, plenty of activities to do since the hotel are attached to big shopping Mall in Jakarta. Recommended for couple and family with kids. Will definitely coming back in the future

When you’re travelling on business, what really matters is the feeling of being home and to not feel all by yourself. I have stayed in Raffles Jakarta twice. From the super creative towel art made by Riska (Housekeeping) which truly made me smile to the constant care provided by the Raffles butler crew (Edwin, Felix and everyone on the team), the entire Raffles team has never fail to amaze me and made me felt absolutely like home!Someone in the laundry department even took the initiative to properly stitched back a small hole that I had in one of my jean’s pocket! That’s how attentive and caring they are towards guests at Raffles Jakarta :) I don’t know who that kind person was but thank you so much! If the crew sees this, please send my best of thank you to him/her and give him/her a 5-star! This happened during my stay on Level 15 between 18 - 28 Feb.Thank you also to Danielle, Marvin, Michelle and the whole crew from The Writers Bar for making me feel absolutely at home and for the amazing drinks + professionalism + humour! Normally, you wouldn’t think you would make friends in hotels! But guess what? I think I just made a couple of new friends here during my stay here. :DThank you to the Room Service crew as well for the super yummy treats from time to time! Not forgetting the great breakfast selection and hospitality by the Arts Cafe team! :)As a former hotelier turned tech guy, I never forget my hospitality roots! Super amazing luxurious holistic experience. We got stuck on a 10 day quarantine and that seemed to be a disaster in the beginning. But the hotel and its stuff made their best to turn it into a super pleasant state that we enjoyed a lot my husband said, that he would live like that :))The restaurant offers both European and Asian menus, the selection of deserts is amazing.Room is super spacious in the well-equipped call mom the bonus was that everything the cabinet, the bathroom and the bedroom or connected with special moving doors and you can go around in a circle.And the hotel also has a gym, that we were not allowed to attend, but we were provided with the yoga mats and dumbbells.There is a big pool and the garden on the 14th floor, that is an oasis in the city jungle.All I know I would highly recommend staying here, as a hotel has facilities for a nice day

Nice hotel to stay but consider the following:1. Slow performed staff in reception, restaurants, service room. Sometimes your requests might be forgotten. Few are exceptions.2. Don’t book rooms with the street view. The hotel does NOT have soundproofing. Even if you book in a high floor. The noise during nights will not make you sleep! Guaranteed.3. Laundry and pressing service takes very long time. Make sure you ask for the service A DAY before!3.

We had the pleasure of staying in March 2023. Got my room upgraded from Artist Suite to Gallery Suite as a benefit from ALL membership. The unit was beautifully maintained to the highest standards.The service and hospitality provided by the hotel staff were exceptional and efficient. We particularly enjoyed the evening co*cktails and the delicious spread of food provided at the executive lounge.It all made up to a wonderful time at the hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay with top-notch service and amenities. Thank you to Leo and all the team involved.- - -Came back in April 2023 during Eid holiday and everything was as just amazing as usual. Spent most of the time at the room and Raffles Club. The club indeed will be the main reason to keep coming back at Raffles.

Spacious and luxurious room, nice services and great taste of each food in Arts Cafe. If I need to mention, the security guard next to the mall gate was really helpful and polite. I also like the fragrance of the soap and shampoo, so relieving. The most favorite part is that the Arts resto offered some dishes made by order such as Steak and other freshly-made dishes. If you don't want to eat buffet, you can just simply look in the list on your table and ask the waitress to place your desire meals. Additional point is that this hotel located just above the Lotte shopping avenue, it make you easy to find anything you need.

Spacious room you can enjoy along with luxurious design, feels more than home. They also have nice service. The most unforgettable part is the dishes in the Arts Cafe (the Special Beef of the Day is a must-try and the dessert are all yummy). The location is best for you who want window-shopping in the middle of hectic business day.However, the meeting room was quite small for 18 people to carry during my visit. I recommend you to sure about the space for each meeting room at advance.

One of the best 5 star hotels in Jakarta with easy access and close to shopping centers. Luxury can be felt from entering the front door to the room. The service of the hotel staff is very good, friendly and responsive. A large swimming pool with specifications for an adult pool, a children's pool and a jacuzzi. There is quite big and nice garden beside the swimming pool. Good breakfast food but less variety. I occupied the artist suite during my stay. the room is spacious, the arrangement and interior is very good. although the price is expensive but worth it with what is given, it is worth to try. makes me want to go back there again.. and thank you so much for the doll

- Strategically located near Ciputra world and Lotte shopping avenue- Smooth check in with Kevin as our private butler and Medina the front office staff who was so warm and friendly.- We stayed in Artist King suite room upon recommendation from Medina and We loved it 😍Fully equipped with all the room amenities and so spacious.It's gonna be One of our favorite hotel in jakarta.- Their selection of breakfast is awesome too!Thank you so much Raffles Hotel Jakarta.

It’s the attention to detail for me…from the sparkling clean everything, to the pillows, welcome note and butler service.All my thanks to the team that works here 💐.To get to the top is only half the story. One of the best hotel with great restaurants in Jakarta. I love to go to The Writers Bar after work to have couple drinks and always enjoy my time there. All services are wonderful especially the staffs who always been professional and helpful, as I would like to mention John (if I'm not mistaken) from The Writers Bar. Overall it's a great place to chill alone or even with your friends!

All well and good until check-in, maybe a little bit too over attentive and kind of creepy. They wanted to take a picture of our passports. This is not a legal requirement. Only passport number and name are required for government records, the rest it's totally unacceptable. For 5 star service it's very poor. Check-in staff referred to out child as kid! Appropriate language for an up-market establishment would be young lady or gentleman, young sir or miss. Room suffered from poor quality maintenance in very obvious places. Single ply toilet tissue !!!! 1 USB outlet in the whole 2 room suite! One of the matching pair bedroom lamp stands was tilted over (bent) several degrees (lack of attention to detail ). Not sure how they managed to get 5 stars?Constant traffic noise even though windows are double glazed. You can also hear everything from the floor above and below.

Really great hotel. Stayed here for birthday and they gave decor and cake. Got upgraded to the Artist Suite that is really spacious and beautiful. The service is unquestionably top notch. Had breakfast in another place on 12th floor because the Arts Cafe was full. It was a bit small but sill ok. One thing that need to improve is the soundproofing from the street. I could hear the vehicle sound from my bedroom. Overall the experience was awesome. Thank you for the butlers and the staffs.

The best hotel service I have ever encountered among many 5-star hotels. All the staff are excellent and friendly. I’m truly impressed by their exceptional staff. I want to express my heartfelt thanks to the best butler who accompanied me, Adith, and Wiyah, who were very quick to respond. And to the Guest Experience Team (Wiyah, Audrey, Rhany, Etha, Novi, Jacinda) who created a very cute anniversary card and decorated the room with flowers. My family and I felt very special because some staff always noticed our names and wished us a happy anniversary.When I uploaded all the photos and experiences on social media, many of my friends were interested and wanted to visit because the room is great, and view is amazing. Last time had a good drink with friends here and its been a long time until today I was plan to book their cafe to celebrate our special day through via WA with their FNB sales team, it was on normal sunny day during 3 PM so i think it is not an busy hour but..Turns out it was the disastrous ever 5 star hotel service and communication ever I’ve experienced. Spent 1.5 hours for go back and forth communication, the response was super slow it took 5 minutes to answer my inquiry even the question just basic but not in their catalog, zero product knowledge, even the photo I’ve asked was taken forwarded from someone, not being resourceful at all, like chatting with chatbot. By the time wasted and all engagement I’ve experience, I began to lose interest to book to their service. Never believe that Raffles in this branch was this bad

We had a great experience staying here.The room was very spacious and they have a very comfortable bathtub. All the rooms here are suite-like, so you would have a separated livingroom with the bedroom.Don't forget to enjoy the wonderful breakfast and finish it with those beautiful desserts. (Also the welcome drink was remarkable).Totally worth the amount you spent for the room rate 👍.Note : this hotel is located in the same building with Ciputra World mall, so it's very convenient. You could also walk across the street to visit ITC Kuningan/Mal Ambassador, or even the Kuningan City mall.

Raffles Jakarta took my 5 star hotel experience to the next level with their exceptional attention to details. Everyone (literally everyone) was very attentive and helpful. The service since the minute I checked in was absolutely amazing. Wiyah ensured I have a smooth stay.Hospitality: This is the best hotel in Jakarta!Room: Bright and comfortable thanks to the fantastic house keeping teamfor the room makeup and turn down service. Bed was also very comfortable.Breakfast: Huge! Wide range of western menu (and ooh hummus!!), healthy selections, fresh fruits, some Japanese selection and some local dishes. They got a rotation of signature menu for the week. The restaurant can be very noisy during the weekend. My highlight of the day is "Patisserie" for their pretty pastries.Diane also made sure of my dinning experience.Gym: new equipments for running, yoga and weight machinesBonus: the hotel is connected with Lotte mall in case you need to shop

Writer's Bar is the perfect spot for winding down with a drink after a long day. Danielle was incredibly helpful in guiding us through their wine selection. Super friendly service all around!

It was a just an overnight staycation, and it was immediately evident we’ll be in for a treat. It is a truly a 5 star experience from the room, the pool and most importantly the staff. Platinum member benefits at Raffles Jakarta include upgrade to artist suite, early check-in at 12.00, late check-out until 16.00, access to the Raffles club and welcome drinkWhen I arrived at the drop-off, all the staff were ready to help with my luggage. When asked for a reservation and mentioned my name, they apparently had memorized which guests could check in at Raffles Club. Check-in was relaxed, they offered us drinks so we could relax and enjoy the drinks.Our room was upgraded to an artist suite. You could say this room is like a standard suite where the work space, living room and bedroom are separate. The room itself is separated into 4 parts, the living room which contains a work desk, sofa and minibar. The walk-in closet which consists of a luggage rack, cupboard and full body mirror connects to the bathroom which has a bathtub, shower, 2 wash basins and a closet. Before entering the living room there is also a powder room which includes a wash basin and closet. The bedroom has a dressing table, mattress and TV. The interior of the living room looks luxurious and there are art decorations near the work desk and next to the TV, while the bedroom uses a full panel interior which is luxurious even though it seems plain. Mineral water is provided in a water dispenser machine. For coffee, there is a capsule coffee machine with the illy brand and the tea sachets use the Dilmah brand.The bathroom is very spacious with a bathtub with natural lighting. Because we were asked whether we were bringing children or not, turned out that special children's soap and a elephant toys were provided. For towels, 2 body towels, 3 hand towels and 2 face towels are provided. The amenities are bright orange packaging. For soap and shampoo, use the Penhaligon brand from London.Hotel facilities that we can enjoy include a gym, outdoor garden, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and kids clubRegarding platinum benefits. We took the welcome drink at the pool. We chose the coconut and Tropical Delight mocktail served with cashew nuts, popcorn and fresh fruit.For afternoon tea, the menu served includes fried chicken sandwiches, beef pie, Vietnamese pickled vegetables, tuna ceviche, macaroons, cookies, scones, raspberry tart, mango cheese cake, fruit, juice and various canned drinks along with coffee and tea.For evening co*cktail dinner, buffet and unlimited a-la carte are served, which, is that the quality of the a-la carte food served is at the level of fine dining.
