Can I take the intake and the fuel system off a
vortex engine and along with a few modifications
make it work on a tbi chevy 350? Cause mine is
running rich and the solution to fix it may be
impossible due to someone removing all the wires
for the oxygen sensor except for the oxygen
sensor.

You can but it a real nightmare to get it calibrated right due to the change from OBD 1 to OBD 2. You might consider going aftermarket, like something from Holley, now it will still be TBI but it will be an independent system.

Intake leaks ? Things should be tested before you spend $$ on parts you don't need , You need to hook up the O2 sensors and get things the way they were designed , don't be that sub genius guy
